It's national. Perhaps Nintendo should have released Super Mario 3D and Luigi's Mansion 2 on the release date, as the games are the reason it didn't sell.

I got surprised by the pricing drop, but at least I'll have 10 free games now in 1st September, and the other 10 in the final of the year.

Too bad you can't pick them, but 20 free games? I ain't complaining.

It is the first time ever that Nintendo does a (significative) pricing cut in less than 6 months after a console release, and when I read well how the Ambassador program worked, I wouldn't complain after that. Who doesn't like free games?

WOW £122! THAT WOULD BE 150€ OR LESS! WTF I want it bad! In Spain it would be more than £222!

I think 3DS in fact didn't sell due to a lack of interesting games in its release date.I'm looking forward Mario Kart 3DS now!

By the way, have you been notified of being registered for the program after visiting the Eshop before the deadline? I didn't so I want to make sure if others did or not. It makes me unsure about if I ever got registered for it.

I went a couple of times to eShop. If I remember well, when I entered once in the eShop it appeared a message that asked me to update the console and after I would be pleased or something. I guess it was to enter in the program of the Ambassadors.

I hope so then. I also visited the Eshop several times AND 4 minutes before the deadline. Just to be sure.

This move, although almost necessary, can make me buying less 3DS games than I would buy normally.

I bought mine for 250€

I also did buy it before price cut, I wanted the Ambassador games.

I actually got it as soon as it was released. So I got a special offer without even knowing it!
