I've always thought of the Pirates Hierarchy like so:
Admiral Razor
Spyglass (Second In Command)
Hench 1000's (Advisers? Squadron leaders?)
Then the rest:
Hench 800, Barrel, Gorilla.

Ninjaws = Elite Squadron

Ninjaws must be equal to Henchmen 1000, probably?
