Yeah I agree, that being said their final game should be one where they finally make a game which has all 5 regions in it (This new one is going to be in Sinnoh for those who have yet to read the serebii article on it).

I've said it earlier in the thread but i'm rather thankful they are not releasing yet another game with crappy new pokemon but instead just releasing one that's in a previous region just adding a new storyline to it. Hopefully this would mean that they've realized the adding new pokemon is crap and fans just want..well the old pokemon.

Pokémon started to lose magic for me from Gen 4 up. I don't feel in a hurry to buy Pokémon White for now. I would rather prefer to play my GBC games and trying to do also anything else in my GBA games.

I've never really disliked a generation, Sinnoh is definitely my least favourite but I did enjoy the game and have a handful of pokemon I rather like from it. It's obviously losing it's touch yes I do see that, but I haven't yet looked down on the series because I still enjoy the games and have yet to find one (from the main series at least) I don't like.

Anyways, the trailer looks simply amazing, Nintendo seems to be taking advantage of the 3d effect in Black and white 2... though I feel as if I agree with Haruka.
EVEN with the shows they REALLY started to lose magic, I recently started watching the first season of Pokemon all over again and nearly cried... it was just THAT good, the animation is well done, the story is well written, and you just can't get enough of it. I do think Nintendo is somewhat running out of ideas, though I'm never ending my pokemon journey, I will preorder Pokemon Black 2.

I think this is the reason why they're doing a squeal to this, because they have the story but it's obvious they have none for new pokemon that won't be frowned upon. There's also the hope they'd do something similar in the previous games (Red & Blue 2 maybe?)

The one thing I noticed right off the bat is that the Intro music sounded like a remix of the Regi theme.

EDIT: It's the only thing that strikes me in the vid though, the rest just seems to be normal gameplay that looks like BW1.

It's not a new pokemon show, it's the promo for Pokemon Black and White 2.

Seriously, they're SO overused that we know all of these "team's" are pussies before we've even SEEN them.
They need to come up with something new.

Remember when Team Rocket was still threatening in some way?
They were carrying GUNS in season 1.

I'll repeat again, Pokémon started to lose magic since Diamond and Pearl. I'm still a fan but I'm really not quite interested at the moment to play B/W and/or B2/W2.

Anyway, excellent video. If the animé was like that, I would watch it more often.

I still have high hopes for this game, I heard the gym leaders from other regions (Kanto, Johto etc) are all going to be in it

@Serza, I know it's not Ash, silly, I watched nearly the entire first season of Pokemon (still going at it)

I've thought of a pokemon game myself.
One without the newest pokemon.
And one that isn't all about winning the league, winning gyms and destroying teams like team rocket.
A more serious type of game.

But then I realised that that would be a bad idea.
If I'd were to make a game like that, it should be a new title, a completely different type of game.

Yeah, except that pokemon is meant for kids.
If you're gonna make a serious game about bonding with monsters, you're better off making a completely new game instead of making another spinoff.

While I do like BW2 I still think that Pokemon should officially end with a giant MMO game with all the regions and pokemon and BR graphics.

Doubt Game Freak would do that anytime soon though
