I'd rather the Rabbids honour their separation from the Rayman series, and not appear in Origins at all, though I can handle a cameo.

Ancel is just drawing a sketch for a fan. Nothing to be taken too seriously.

Okay so I watched one of the videos.

[I'm not sure I like how Houdini/Mr Dark's a Teensie. >> I'm sorry but I don't. I understand that Ray's supposed to be the one of a kind guardian but they coulda done something? Maybe make it so that Rayman was like Guardian Mark Two and Mark One was Houdini/Dark, and...I don't know, something happened so that they'd need a new one or w/e. ]

I’m still uncertain about all the species retconning that’s been going on. Why do the stone men get to stay limbless while the hunters and Livingstones (Lividstones?) are given limbs? How does Betilla fit into this, [not to mention Mr Dark the Magician]? I can handle [Mr Dark as a Teensy], I can handle [the Magician as a Teensy], but [simultaneously retconning both Mr Dark and the Magician to be Teensies while revealing that they are actually the same character] is a bit much to process all at once.

To be honest, [ I'm not comfortable with either of them being Teensies at all. I was okay with Betilla getting limbs, because she was practically a nymph anyway, but these total species changes are uncalled for. I could MAYBE have handled Mr Dark the Teensie, because we never actually saw his face, but Magician Teensie makes me sad. ._. ]

I went to the Paris Games Week again this morning, even though I hardly stayed two hours because of the crowd (the press opening on Thursday was a blessing in that regard). Michel Ancel had left the show, but fortunately the rest of the team, Wuigi included, was here. I asked the questions that were posted here, and I can tell you [that Picture City is definitely not going to be in the game, and that no downloadable content is planned.].

That’s a pity, but I’m sure they’ve done some work on it that will see the light of day eventually.

MLII – [The Magician being a Teensy really isn’t much of a stretch. He has the right giant nose, and since we never see his eyes, we can assume they’re black and beady like those of a Teensy. Which creates further conflict with Mr Dark’s glowing yellow eyes. I wish they’d gone crazy and thrown in some Mr Dark/Magician Teensy/limbless shape-shifting just to blend all these inconsistencies away.]

Not that I read the text, but can I just say that that piece of spoiler-ridden post looks very funny to read. "I can deal with BLANK and BLANK but most certainly it will be impossible to BLANK what's going to BLANK next!" :P

Seriously, though, I would love to join in on the discussion, but will not allow myself to be spoilt anymore. Except by the Rayman 1 topic that's been going round, which was pretty fun to see.

Of course.

Not reading spoilers yet. :mryellow: But something tells me the spoiler is for sure about something I'm thinking for a long time.

Teensies aren't insects... gosh.

Ok guys, there's another possible hypothesis!

(All this time, Mr Dark was the grey haired magician and pretended to be a good guy by putting a star on his hat (also to confuse the player), the blonde real one is caught somewhere else in the steampunk fortress!! when you free him, then you'll be able to play the game at 100% by filling the test tubes with the help of the real magician. if what I say is not true, and the magician is really mr. dark, then this game is a prequel of rayman 2, and technically explains how rayman's 2d world with different friends turned into rayman 2 )

But let's drop the topic, the current problem we're having is
(How the heck is Mr. Dark the Magician? )

LOL, spiral, you bastard!

Also, don't you guys think we can tell everyone who's not reading the spoilers about the canceling of Picture City? I mean, if it were the opposite, I'd understand the need to conceal it...

On a completely different note, can you guys please correct me in every grammar and spelling mistake I do? I've decided to better my English best I can (not sure you can say this sentence...)

Well... I think the ("There won't be Picture City") thing is too stupid to hide it as a spoiler, and let's face it, almost everyone except Hunchman expected that to happen (no offense :oops2: ). If people know that, it won't ruin the plot, or the gameplay or anything. Actually, if we don't tell them, it would disappointing for them because we would be giving them high expectations about (Picture City). As I said, if we tell them, I don't think that would be a big deal. It's just something... dumb, and it's not even disappointing at all, this game would be fantastic, even if (There's no Picture city). You decide, guys.

It's nothing compared to the recent BIG-ASS SPOILER in which (The magician is Mr. Dark) that we were talking about for like 3 or 4 pages, maybe more. SERIOUSLY, DON'T READ THAT. THAT'S A MOTHERF*CKING BIG SPOILER.

Your English is great actually. When I first saw you for a while I thought you were a native English speaker. The way you phrased that sentence there was interesting but correct.

I prefer to be surprised at the moment I'm playing the game. I somehow am predicting that I'll be shocked, what ever that spoiler is.

You’re missing an ‘as’ there – ‘better my English as best I can’ would be correct. But using two related words like ‘better’ and ‘best’ so close together creates an awkward effect, so it might have been better to go with ‘improve my English as best I can’.

Well, haruka, there are two spoilers, the stupid one and the shocking one. The first one is so obvious that I think we should tell everyone because technically it doesn't count as a spoiler and is not the big deal.
