< got Playstation Composite + S-Video cable and < plugged it on my Composite/Svideo to HDMI converter, because < noticed that <'s tv just had compnent and composite as analoge input. So <'s overpriced converter wasn't that useless at all. It looks definitally more hdish and confortable. Only because of the converter the picture looks more red then it normally should be but it's ok. < also noticed that the frame rate is not always on 50/60FPS, in Rayman Revolution it really doesn't feel fluent in <'s eyes. < shot a comparison in the game Snes Station. You can clearly see how much better s-video is. < have no interest at Component because not all games support progressive scan and ps1 games isn't even compatible with that cable. < don't know if the image quality will be even better, but for now < doesn't care.

< wonders if ^ has a CRT monitor? Composite on <'s 55'' Samsung LED Flatscreen TV is like someone took a shit inside the TV. < believes that CRT monitor are good on old small screens. < wonders if OCG uses componoent or also like < s-video and an 720p/1080p hdmi upscaler.
< setted the upscaler only on 720p because on 1080p and 720p there is no difference on quality.

< Has both types of TVs. 52" Samsung HDTV and a 27" Samsung CRT. < Used composite off <'s Pioneer DVL-90 and DVL-91 LaserDisc / DVD player on <'s HDTV and DVDs and LaserDiscs still look great on the HDTV.

No studio recording planned. We'll film when we play live (at school, nothing great), though < doesn't know when we'll play those. We only have, like, 4 compos for now, <'ll prepare some more.
Actually we were only a cover band before, we recently decided to start playing compos, so <'s been adapting some old compos ahah.
And there's 7 of us in that band... 1 singer/trumpetist, 1 singer/trombonist, 3 guitarists (2 originally, but one's been in Ireland for 6 months so we had to replace him...), 1 bassist and 1 drummer. Phew that's a lot. And we sometimes have guests playing with us, a saxophonist and a pianist ahah.
<'s been playing with that band for a year now and < loves it !

< is basically fucked ; < cannot repair <'s PS2 so < must pay a firm to fix <'s PS2
< shouldn't try to clean the PS2's lense; now it doesn't read something.
< hopes that <'s PS2 doesn't need a new laser.
