Rayman 1 Junior and Gold.
In Rayman 1:
In the Intro.
At the symbol in the world map.
In candy chateau part 2 he creates Bad Rayman.
in part 3 he reverses the control of Rayman's moves.
In part 4 as the big boss.
In Rayman Gold:
In Candy chateau: he creates bad Rayman.
In Junior:
In Candy Chateau he creates Bad Rayman here too.
So 7 times.

Could the next questions please be less factual and expansive and more of an insight question, or at least something else than a list question? I find these megaloads of answers we have to give quite harsh.

No, I don't want it easier, I want it fairer. It's ok to ask a few list questions, but hundreds of them are a bit boring. It just takes one visit to the RayWiki to gather all the info you need to answer them.
But questions I like, I can usually answer by heart, just because I know what I know about the series. A trip to the Wiki may be required to verify or correct my suspicions, but not because I have to simply look up every name of every flower present in the Rayman universe, across all platforms and in all versions according to all languages.
Sorry, that was a bit of mocking, but you get what I mean. More like a 'Spot the differences between a Ninja Henchman and a regular one' type of question than a 'List all the colours of the Henchmen', although that's still a pretty good one, because it's not that detailed and wouldn't take too long to write down.
By the way, I reserve the Ninja question for if I ever get to host a quiz.
