A few years ago, local Tesco sold green cheese. Can't say how it tasted with ham, but it was delicious by itself.

Nobody else seemed to buy it though, and now it's not available.

I've had pesto and nettle cheese before, both deep green.Nettle was best.

Mozzarella works best when served together with cherry tomatoes and no pesto in my opinion.
