< usually looks at the number of posts < has at the start of the day before posting. < have a big memory and < remembers the number easily. If it comes back to something like 30 again and that it was at 30 at the start of the day, it means < made 100+ posts, if not, < just doesn't even count it.

As of this post, < has made about 35 posts in the last 24 hours, 15 today.
