Well, I think the best help you can get it is to
watch this walkthrough video of the level.
6:46 is when the third part begins.

Other people struggle with Picture City too surprisingly. Even some people that don't struggle with it still hate it. I actually like Picture City though.
I'm so far behind, that I didn't actually know there was a dumped ROM of the early unfinished SNES version.

(i should probably upload the unused graphic on the RayWiki)

I seen it while trying to find info on the Rabbids prototype. Yeah adding it to RayWiki would be cool

Visually I think it's the most stunning stage in the game, and it also has some of my favorite tracks, however the second half starts introducing a lot of frustrating ideas to the point where it becomes a less enjoyable stage to me personally.

Aside from Band Land, Picture City is one of the most amazing stages I've seen, and amazing music as well to back it up. Ironically, it seems both have at least 1 stage that people complain for it being too hard, with Bongo Hills and Space Mama's crater being notorious examples to people, though I never found them both, or any of those stages truly frustrating to me to the point of rage-quitting, with only Allegro Presto coming close to making me very annoyed.

Allegro Presto, most of Picture City and Eat At Joe's have annoyed me a lot at some stage but I actually love a lot of those levels. After getting used to it, it gets easier. Although I agree that they got a bit carried away with some parts on Picture City, specifically with Drawing Pins and the Super Helicopter.

I was doing a playthrough in Moskito's Nest and I had just tried jumping on the nenuphar that rises and instead of rising I actually phased through and fell in the water. I wonder, has that happened to anybody else?

Rayman Advance is actually really glitchy. I played for 5 minutes yesterday and when I was able to punch the plum forward while standing on it I just laughed then turned off the GBA

Yes I've discovered exactly HOW glitchy it is. Though I feel as though the glitch I mentioned also hap[ened to me in the PS1 version too. I'll check again later on.

It even has sprite glitches. Notice the circle on his torso likes to turn gold very often and how when you beat the moskito the white circle his torso moves to the wrong place completely during the celebration

I should spend some time finding all the glitches of Rayman Advance sometime. I know another one in the Swamps of Forgetfulness where I stand on a fallin nenuphar and actually phase THROUGH a large platform. A LARGE PLATFORM.

Sounds like an error I might have on Game Maker

Falling through things or like the latest introduced error where you flick up through the bottom of platforms which the latest exe actually has but it's not important for now and is an extremely easy fix.

So I was cutting together some footage for me and a friend's Youtube channel, and I noticed that the music in Gong Heights, when sped up to 4x speed, sounds like a funky techno Asian level music, almost something that would not sound out of place in Origins/Legends.
Link with the sped up music:
https://youtu.be/u548PHfG3fY
Stage 2 sounds much better sped up, it starts at around 1 minute in (sorry that you have to hear my voice!)

Rayman Advance is so glitchy. You can just hit the moskito 5 times really fast before he can even fly away

That was programmed to make the fight easier, although yes, it's very glitchy.

I think if you're skillful enough you can pull that off on the PlayStation as well!

Again it's still a good game but I'm still thinking my favourite is PS1 especially due to nostalgia. All Rayman is good Rayman though
I never actually tried it on PlayStation but on GBA he moves away so slowly so I tried it
