... and he did a lot of mistakes in their posts by using SMS. As I can see he did the same thing here.

It was a rank only availible to admins from the old RaymanZone.

Moderators and Admins also have the abilities to choose their own avatar.

Not at all

It was a special avatar reserved to the weekly best members of PC, and it isn't used anymore, unlike the one previously reserved to the weekly worst members of PC, which is now reserved to members with a negative Tings count.
Also, no more special avatars are given on PC now, even for moderators.

I like to poke around pictures and look around at the URLs of the images. The "Worst" Avi was very new to me, so I decided to study the URL. For kicks, I decided to change the "Worst" in the URL to "Best". I didn't think I was going to see a result other than a 404 Error. I do this on Neopets to see if the creators are making new versions of certain pets.
