Link To The past is probably a better game, I can't fully judge though since I haven't completed the game yet (despite owning a copy on SNES)

Yeah, you gotta be a Patreon supporter of mine if you want to see the good stuff.

Well the freedom you have in LTTP and LBW are kinda promised to you in the second part of the game (when you need to get the shards of the mirror), then immediately taken away. It sets up three dungeons and infers that you can make the three in the order you like, but instead it's moutain, time, sky. You could say that you can't enter the sky dungeon before entering the temple of time (which is the case plot-wise, and right now that's where I'm at), but the temple of time itself is nonsensical in regards of the story. Why exactly would a mirror-shard be there in the first place? The mirror has been shattered by Xanto. How could he have hidden a temple through a mirror to the past that can only be opened with the master sword. Plus, the ball-and-chain has no use to get to the temple of time, and I seem to remember that the Anima staff doesn't help you get to the sky temple.
It's not to say I didn't like the Temple of Time. I think it's amazing. But repurpose it as part of a trial to enhance the master sword and create another dungeon with the anima staff in it.
There are also smaller things that rubbed me off. Balder is a nice fat target. But those are minor nuisances.
Also, I may recognize that plumetted is a word too strong to describe the change of opinion of TP, but I could think of a better one yesterday.
TL:DR ME WANT FREEDOM WHEN GIVEN TO ME
EDIT : It turns out the Anima Staff is essential to get to the Sky temple, rendering some of my criticism pointless.

< looks at above argument. < still thinks Majora's Mask and The Minish Cap are better Zelda titles.
I've been replaying New Leaf now that the holidays are around.

Seeing as I can't find my copy of OOT 3D, should I just skip to MM3D? Haven't opened it since I bought it.
Also, I've been getting into Smash Wii U even way more now. I've been leveling up my amiibo to prove they're not pointless pieces of plastic that I spend money on. Also, been trying my damn hardest to get that sweet, sweet Barbara trophy.

I mean, they're hardly connected games. It's more just a matter of the games themselves I think - Majora has that sort of surreal, almost unsettling vibe to it at times that gives it a really different atmosphere from the other Zelda games.

I really wanted to complete OOT3D before starting MM3D. That's why I didn't open it. And now I can find my copy of Tomodachi life... My OTPs... I can't think of buying a new copy.

This is what I've been playing from time to time:
- Rayman Legends (PS3) [Trying to get the Platinum trophy, so I am just playing the challenges to reach level 11 of Awesomeness]
- Child of Light (PC)
- The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time (3DS)

I still have yet to get Triforce Heroes. Was it worth the full retail price?

If you have the ability to play with friends (or a good online team) then it totally is. However I find it lacks a lot of substance gameplay-wise if you would rather go solo at any point, and post world-2 bosses are a living hell without a full team. My advice would be to wait and see if there's a sale during the holiday season, although that's not meant to fully discredit the quality of the game.
The music's great as always, and I like how it just screams "Adventure!" For example:
It's also the only Zelda with dialogue options like this:
I even caught a Gurren Laggann joke at one point!

I changed my Steam to grid view mode and ever since I've been playing more Steam games...
Most of all though, I've been playing the original Phoenix Wright trilogy on iPad. I never realised it was so fun, and it's incredibly satisfying when you pwn your opposition completely and that epic music comes on
