And you guys do understand, right? Well I don't know... Not many has experienced the mental pain I have... but when something amazing like this is teased, made really believeable... There's just no worse disappointment than teasing a badly suffering person with a thing that would've been one of his greatest moments in his recent life.

I'm not here to step into your life and change who you are, but I've personally never understood why so many people feel the need to discover happiness through blind faith or chance. It doesn't make any sense to me, waiting around for some golden light to shine down upon you, to lift you up off your feet, absolving you of your sins and bringing you happiness, it almost spells out a level of entitlement. Whether you're born rich or poor, beautiful or ugly, loved or hated, when you place your contentedness in a game of chance, you only have yourself to blame for the outcome. You've handed the burden of providing yourself with happiness over to whatever it is you're relying on, entirely unbeknownst to it - and that's downright lazy, it means you can't even properly credit yourself for pulling through, if fate decided that for you.

I've never done that and never will, because I prefer to give myself as much control over my mental state as is in my power. Things that aren't in my power are freak accidents, conflict, you name it - there's no sense in adding to that garbage by gambling my happiness away.

....But there's pretty much no one who completely agrees with me here, so... yeah, no one really understands...

And yeah, like I said... this is not just about some fries, for me. It's light in the complete dark... even if that sounds cheesy and overly reactive, I'm just in that bad condition (and don't tell me to get help, I do have, I've fought for 10 years). And as I've explained already, it's just that meaningful thing to me. And.. I don't mean to praise you just to please you, but it's a fact that RotD is one of those few lights, and I'm very much looking forward to it - I of course don't have too high hopes for stuff we haven't seen much yet, like level design and gameplay (not talking about the controls, but the overall experience).

I don't know what you've actually been through, so I have no frame of reference and wouldn't be able to give you a good answer. What I can tell you is that I started ROTD on a sketchbook while living in a trailer when I was nine, and that it wasn't for no reason. I was dejected by the cancellation of Rayman 4, but immediately I realised that allowing the decision of a Ubisoft executive that had nothing to do with me dictate the way I live is completely pointless, when there was something, even something crazy, I could do about it.

I don't know what "resources" you keep talking about, your only resource is your own mind, and we all have one. Friends, family, money, those are all auxilliary. Quite important and helpful, but nonetheless auxilliary.

Wtf is wrong with that? Yes, I think some of what Project M is attempting to do is downright pretentious (in some kind of attempt to make non-flat maps more 'competitive', they ended up simply making a lot of them really dull and boring), but what's wrong with the concept, and furthermore, 95% of the execution?

But that's not the issue : in order to play it, you have to alter your console. And if you fuck up, your console is mostly dead at it's somehow Nintendo's fault (I've read that maybe a million times). That's a lot to risk just because Brawl is not enjoyable by the 1% since it's not Melee.

The point I was trying to make is that, if you're able to follow instructions, you should have absolutely no problem installing Project M danger-free. Maybe if they made people study the installation process as hard as they make people study for driving tests we wouldn't have people somehow managing to brick their Wiis.

You, including other people, here and on other sites do have indicated, that you don't understand me, that's why I said so... It was more like "I disagree, because I don't know enough", because for example, you didn't know these are what my life consists of currently.

Nothing I said was situational or dependent, it applied universally, you're extrapolating information I never even put out.

Depression has nothing to do with being gullible. Gullibility can form as an indirect result of depression in that you'll feel that nagging want to latch onto something that may or may not be there, but if you aren't a gullible person to begin with, even when depressed, you aren't going to be so easily convinced.

The fact of the matter is, the setup was not perfect. A perfect setup would have likely included making it appear as if Ubisoft had given an official statement confirming Rayman. It doesn't matter my emotional state, I would never set my mind down on something like that without an official confirmation and likely video footage, it would be utterly nonsensical to do so.

I think there is no point to discuss about this subject anymore. It's not the first nor the last time fake leak will be made and instead of talking how it would be good if leak was real, maybe we should just try to make twitter tranding #Rayman4Smash and tweet Ubisoft and Sakurai, petitions and such. Also, Smash 4 will get hacked one day and I am sure someone will make Rayman hack. Heck, maybe the fake leaker could help with it
He is really talented. I already seen a hack of Mega Man in Brawl with exact same attacks replicated so it is definitely possible to make original character and not just reskin someone else to have same moves.
