American one. This is not a surprise as it is bound to have less languages, therefore it got debugged faster.
I'm deadly serious on debugging language based stuff. Valve didn't do it with TF2 and some of non-English versions crashed after one of updates; it turned out nobody told translators about 250-character limit of typical text.

No, that’s the correct pronunciation.

It would make sense for the demo to be out next week since the US date is already so close by.. Of course, it might be possible that they just release it on the US PSN first, and Euro PSN gets it a week after that (to even out our longer wait)?
Oh, and that 9.5 score from Nintendo Power is wonderful news!

Actually, the story writer pronounces it... damn, spiral beat me to it!
And no, Haruka, there aren't any spoilers in the preview. I'm abstaining from spoilers to now and I'm glad to say I wasn't spoiled any further!

Sorry, no. I was a bit annoyed about it at first, but I've got a Wii since. It still sucks, particularly as I prefer using a keyboard to the Wii-mote and the graphics won't be as good as on the PC, but now that I think of it, multilayer would not work very well huddled around a computer (imagine four players )
EDIT: What ? I've always pronounced it so it rhymes with 'Mum'! It sounds weird otherwise, and besides; the characters always pronounced it 'my way' in Rayman 2.
"A silver lum!"
I guess pronunciation optional

Aw, shucks, that's sad. I remember reading on Wikipedia that they were considering a PC release, which they actually should! But I'll be sure to play the game on my friend's Wii.
Edit: If there was a PC release, 2-4 gamepads would do the job.

This is ironic, if I want to play with a friend later in Co-Op in the PS3 version, I need to buy a second controller.
(60€, eeeep!)
While for the Wii, I have two controllers.

Do you know: PS3 is supposedly compatible with some simple PC USB controllers.

"We've found the perfect balance between griefing team-mates, while still working together to win."
I like how the ad contains a troll word.

Really? But if games need the SIXAXIS, then the thing won't work.
Maybe my USB gamepad would solve the problem.

I heard that as long as controller does not need any drivers, PS3 can handle it. Still I do not and do not plan to own a PS3, so can't test it unfortunately.

Hmmm, unless I test mine in EWJHD's demo.

Go try it. The worst case possible is you needing to buy the DS3/6axis anyway. Speaking of which, separate Sexaxes seem to not be available in Poland anymore on the mian market.

Sixaxis controllers were succeeded by the Dualshock 3, Dualshock 3 retains the sixaxis control, but with vibration, which Sixaxis controllers lacked.

That's the problem. Spending 60€ in a time like this isn't very keen at all...
My investment in the PS3 can be considered as my premature Christmas gift, which was a big spending so now for a couple of time I must not spend a lot of money.

Just found an article on NeoGaf. It is a summary of the Nintendo power review for the Wii version.
Rayman Origins: 9.5/10 (Wii)
+Beautiful art
+Inspired soundtrack that amplifies the manic atmosphere
+Nothing plain or boring
+Extremely fluid
+Some of the "tightest" level design in the reviewers' 26 year experience with platformers
+Great at creating sense of momentum
+Perfect difficult
+Great multiplayer
+Always introducing new concepts
Overall: "Best Rayman game ever made. A platforming masterpiece."
