You have basically two options for removing Google+:
1- You delete only your files but keed the profile and delete your whole YouTube Channel or
2- You delete your whole Google+ profile and your whole YouTube Channel.

< Has been experiencing some odd issues with Youtube as of late, where it starts playing, then freezes, and loops back to the beginning audio wise to play, yet with the video itself frozen still along with the time bar.
