Where? I'm just curious, I've never heard it before.

They used "L-uh-m" in Rayman 3 as well, the true English Rayman game.

It's funny actually, this is the first time I will actually truly appreciate the launch of a Rayman game, the others, I was late for.
For me, this is the first Rayman game since Rayman 1 that I've actually looked forward to playing.

Actually, that's a lie... I was looking forward to Rayman 2 until I discovered that it was going to be 3D instead of 2D :mefiant:

That was a bit depressing actually.
Welcome back to Rayman 1, my friend.
Amen to that! :D :D

The new trailer is just awesome! and possibly, this is the last of the "10 ways to" videos. So, here's my prediction for the IGN video review:

+Gorgeous art
+Charming characters
+Hilarious and Addictive
-Unoriginal (It's like NSMBWii)

Total Score: 8.0

They're totally going to do that! :|

Oh man this is exciting. :D
I'm pretty afraid of looking up news about RO I missed because of sopilers but I can pretty much see its getting the attenion it deserves.
Also loving the high ratings of this game, I'm preordering the collectors edition next week from MighyApe (If anyone knows a site in europe that ships to canada please tell me) so I won't get it on release date.

Ahh, the wait is KILLING me.

We should update the Teensie article. I saw a female teensy in one of the previews that you put today. (The one in which you were discussing if the girl said "lum" correctly)...

Probably more like this:

-Random reason for disliking this game

Total score: 2.0

MOAR, MOOOOOAAAAARRR SPOILEEEEERS!!!

http://youtu.be/wgKwjlmuHKU
(Not kidding this time, it's like 25 minutes of gameplay with a Desert of Didgeridoos level and a lot of time at the Snoring Tree)

There's something important to note:

(Yeah, here's the basic reason why this game is called "Origins". It looks like when you unlock a character and it pulls Polokus' beard, Polokus will tell us the character's story.

There are some profiles that I was able to traslate, they're not correct at all, so don't judge me and better wait for the game XD

Globox:
-This is globox! He's got the biggest butt around here

Green Crownless Teensy:
-Praise his nostrils...
-Expert hovering
-Weren't you the king the last time we met? (lol nice reference to the mistake in the intro cutscene)

Black Teensy (now officially called "Gothic Teensy"):
- A Gothic Teensy? What?! But, If you're here, who's guarding the cementery's door?!
)

Two things:

1. You must have the best piece of fuck to run that game smoothly on your computer.

2. Ubisoft deserves their money for this game.
They will get my money when they release a PC version.

I'm still spoiler-free! :proud:

Also, from the Nintendo Power article with the reviews:

I wish I could punch that ignorant little fu*k right in the face.

I can't wait for the demo!

Sergio, is that a big spoiler in the magnitude of the last big one? If so, I'm not gonna see it.

No, it's more of a feature of the game rather then a massive story twist or something

Still not reading it. I can hold out for 20 more days. Actually I might be staying away from at least this topic from the 14 of November, unless EVERY spoiler is invisible.

I honestly didn't think much of Mario 3D Land when I played the demo at Eurogamer, it may well be a sign that I've gotten completely bored of Mario platformers by now.

I would dare to challenge that person to give me relevant and valid reasons for SM3DL deserving more points than Rayman Origins.

I'll be honest: SM3DL isn't stealing me as much attention as RO. I know I'm also a Rayman fan, but truth to be said, Rayman Origins has got the most brutal, pretty and impressive 2D art I've ever seen in a video game. If you ask me a 3D art, Portal 2 gets the point for me. I think the only new thing in the new Mario game is being the first Mario game with stereoscopy compatibility. Sorry Mario and Nintendo but this time Rayman wins. Unless Skyward Sword manages to get as many good scores as RO.

I feel a bit bad for saying this, but personally I've never liked Marios to begin with. It's hard to say why exactly, but I guess it's the general art style of those games that puts me off the most. Surely they must be excellent platformers and all, but I'm quite glad that Rayman took the higher spot this time around!

That game should be called "Super Mario Galaxy: Light edition". When I saw it for the first time I know that even with the tanooki suit, the game was going to be boring. I noticed that miyamoto is recently using retro material to turn his mario games into something "epic". Remember NSMB Wii? it was good, but not at all, it was too easy and the graphics were awful for a mario game, the only reason that made people buy it was the reappeareance of the koopalings. I won't be surprise if we see again the frog suit and the hammer suit or something like that.

No, that’s the correct pronunciation.
No, it isn't. It's pronounced "l-uh-m," but she said "l-oo-m." She also pronounced teensies wrong by saying "teen-seez" instead of "teen-zeez."
Gabrielle Shrager specifically stated that the word is pronounced luːm, not lʊm.

Sergiomonty – a pink costume does not make a Teensy female. Skins aren’t different characters – they’re just costumes... right?
