Did you change your reed often? Did you buy cheep ones? Did you make sure it was moistened before using it for the clarinet?? Any of these could be the cause of the splintering....oh gawd, I sound like my old music teacher XD

I changed if often because it kept splintering, I did not buy I cheep ones because those broke quicker, and yes I moistened it. My clarinet hated me!

I can't play wood woodwind, because I haven't say, got the lung capacity.

At least, it isn't a problem for guitar and piano ^^

I don't have the memory span nor brain power to play piano or guitar. Dad and I suffer the same issue. Our hands can't seem to cooperation with us when it comes to playing either of the instruments.

Maybe you should buy more memory (brain memory).

That'd be awesome if I could just install a new memory chip into my brain. XD

You just need training, in my opinion. As far as I know, anyone's brain is far better than any chip on earth
