It could be speculated the final boss will be Mr. Dark, though there is no reason as of yet to think this. It could well be the pink blobby thing, though that could also just be an intense mid-game battle scene with some random giant monster.

Yeah, MDT, the final boss isn't announced. Big Mama isn't officially the final-final boss of the game. Understand or am I confusing? Don't forget the LotD! The final boss is bound to be there. So yeah, you can't really ask that...

how can you find the 1000th lum secret chamber in the tomb of ancients,

when you got to the part where you have to jump down in the tmb of the ancients you gotta jump to a hole in the wall were there are pirates guarding it kill them and jump on the spiderweb/trampoline then grab the 100th lum
(only doable when you did everything before)

During the part where you have to flick three switches, instead of going down the marked route, Rayman must jump off of the side and into a spot in the wall. From here he must battle several Robo-Pirates, where he reaches the Lum at the end.

Or, in Revolution, after beating Clark, Rayman opens a chest at the back of the Tecnical Check-up and finds the 1000th Lum and the Lums Radar.

Yup, but the 1000th lum secret path is present in revolution as well.

Yup, but the 1000th lum secret path is present in revolution as well.

I didn't say that it wasn't, both paths are present in Revolution, while the Lums Radar chest is Revolution-exclusive.
