I've heard that Rayman Origins will be part of the Vita launch line-up, and the console comes out in February I think. I wouldn't be surprised if the 3DS version was released at the same time. As concerns the PC version, given how Rayman 1 & 2 have been milked over the last ten years I cannot imagine Ubi not ending up targeting the PC market once the more profitable console market is saturated with Origins; I have no idea when it will be made available though.

Again, TK, it ain't personal. I'm not immature or anything. I just want an explanation.
I prefer Bad Rayman. Something about Dark Rayman seems really off.
I don't actually know xD don't worry I didn't get it wrong Maybe it was a bad format or was in a bad server...

Hey..
im new, Just created account lol.
and i wanted to say something about the game for the PC, i dont think they dont want to release the game for the PC, im sure they want it, and i guess they even checked that option..
...but most of the PC owners, dont have enough money to buy a PC which is enough powerful to run games like Rayman Origins smoothly (which is about 40 frame/sec).
even though its 2d, the draw calls must be huge, due to the layers of the graphics.
also, i managed to see some effects in some levels when i watched a gameplay, like bloom, blure, crease and many many more..
so i dont think many people would like to buy a game for 40$ and then realize they cant play it due to the low frame rate.
also, rayman origins is about co op, in the PC, without joysticks i cant think of another way of doing it :\...
Welcome to PC, ColdDog! You can introduce yourself here if you like.
I don't think performance is the reason behind the absence of a PC release so far, which is in my opinion dictated by financial considerations. In fact, the framework used in Rayman Origins is highly scalable and can run at various resolutions—from 400×240 on the 3DS to 1080p (1920×1080) on the PS3; while most computers may not be able to render the game's gorgeous graphics at their best, resolutions such as 1024×768 shouldn't be that much of a problem.

This.
You can also guilt the current absence of a PC version, to the pirates.
^ Wow, those videos are new for you, Haruka? you are really good avoiding spoilers, I'm pretty sure you'll be absolutely suprised when playing RO, because every spoiler we saw is just awesome!
The free sampler will include three maps from the Jungle, Food and Ocean worlds, and a custom map to navigate through the worlds.
By collecting nine Electoons, demo players will also be able to unlock a new costume.
I'm not trying to convince you I'm saying that it's good that you haven't seen the spoilers, because, as long af I kept watching spoilers, I discovered that this game is MUCH BETTER than what I thought (and believe me, I had big expectatives). I wish I haven't seen those and keep it as a surprise It's good to know that you haven't seen them, because this game is just amazing, and I'm sure that you will feel the magic when you play it without knowing those goddamn spoilers

That's a little big for a demo. Ubisoft seriously has no idea how to make a release seem more than half as extravagant as all the "teasers," aka "shove food down my neck-ers."
I remember back in the day when we knew so little about a game until it was released, and that's where we got to experience it. Look how much we know about Origins and it's half a month from being released. It almost feels like we're fading into the release of the game instead of the sudden day when ":DDDDDDDDDDD OMG IT'S HERE!!!! I can't wait to see what this game has in stock for me!" The release of the game will probably be not much more of a news-giver than a new Daily Bubble.
Fair point, but any popular game, no matter how much is shown, will have details come out one way or the other, particularly in this age of the internet.
i can't wait 20 days for the release, you ca wait for a long time, but as soon a game will be anounced, you can't wait and then all those dellicious spoilers, that are ruining the whole fun, but you just need to watch it...i'm hopeless
