SERTIP: Substituting whatever cheese with whatever different cheese in recipes may lead to various effects. If you don't feel like experimenting too much, tryo to use cheese of same consistency and color.

SERTIP: Some manufacturers in Poland sell a quark-like cheese which is, for whatever reason, salmon flavored. While I understand that people have various tastes, I greatly advise you to not taste this piece of... cheese.
