The Cave of Bad Dreams is relocated next to the menhir hills
The Whale Bay is where The Sanctuary Of Water and Ice was, it's original position is non-existent
Camera Angles are different in some areas
The Top Of the world no longer exists, thus the Precipice leads directly to the Sanctuary Of Rock And Lava
There is no cave between the Iron Mountains (Name Gloomy Island in PS1 version) and the Prison Ship, they directly connect
The area with the Prison Ship and Crows Nest looks more cosmic and spacial like this:
