That’s a limited edition Mega Patch disc. The downloadable version of Mega Patch contains the same stuff as the limited edition disc.

Currently they are 2 black v1.21 discs, one standart v1.19 and another one standart v1.20 in existance

Why is the limited edition disc black? It is not a PS1 game.
