That's a shame because I wanted to play in my train travels and my mobile plafond isn't that high in a way to use it for a game to work.
It would seem this is part of the Apple TV deal to have "streaming" games that don't take a ton of hard drive space. This is really a terrible idea because you only have access to one world at a time, plus your saves are dependent on the internet connection and their server, hence why they can keep erasing the save data.
Technically, when Ubisoft stops supporting Rayman Adventures and does not have a dedicated server for it anymore, it will be gone forever and never be playable again. I give it 3 years to be deleted honestly, I can't see this making a ton of money for them.

By far the coolest thing about this game is the beatbox feature.

I gotta say, the deletion of my save game really did sour my mood about the whole thing. Overall its a meh game with very little playability ( I mean come on who wants to wake up to see that their progress has all just been flushed?? )

Add me to the list.
I opened the app tonight only to find out that everything was gone. I was only on Adventure 3 or something but come on, what's more frustrating than having to start something from scratch? I've also tried to restore the purchase of my starter pack but I only got the skins back, not a single gem. Basically whatsyntheticgerbil said:
syntheticgerbil wrote:No refund or anything except silence from Ubisoft. You can restore the skin purchases but you can't restore any lost gems, postions, or progress.
I'd already lost part of my progression a few days ago, due to the facts that the game can only save your progress when you're online and that if you pause the app for a while and come back it's likely that it will restart instead of taking you where you were. The result is that any progress you make offline is likely to be lost and if you don't keep the app open until you get online again.
But now, it's everything that's been lost. I'll file a support ticket, but I'm very disappointed to see such bugs in a supposedly finished product.

None of this occured in beta version so this is really worrying. I want to purchase starter pack and support Ubisoft and this game but I would really like app to be updated and official confirmation that such bugs won't happen again.

That sucks, I guess I'll wait getting the game for a while. At least until these issues are fixed.

Longest I got is 9 hours if I remember correctly (I might be wrong since that was from beta version so I maybe forgot. Dunno if it is same for full version).

9 hours? holy shit... Well, I guess in a few days I won't be able to play this game twice per day as I used to ...

In my humble opinion, I think waiting time should not be longer than hour.

The longest is actually 8 hours, and yes, that's way to long in my opinion

Depends whether you take into account the regular data losses.

Out of the question, the reason the game uses always online DRM, which is what it is, is because its all linked back to microtransactions, if saves were stored on your device instead of Ubisofts servers then the microtransactions would be pointless since people could just modify their save files to give themselves as many gems as they see fit, potentially losing Ubisoft a shit ton of money. Which adventure your on doesn't matter either since you cant go back to pdevious adventures to play the ldvels in them, so losing how many adventures youve completed doesn't change anything, unless your a filthy bragger.
To be fair to Adventures, I think its fine for it to use alway on, in fact free to play games are the only other game type besides MMOs were I think its completely acceptable to use always on DRM. The problem then is when shit like this happens, when Ubisofts servers die, and that money you spent on gems suddenly vanishes deeper into Ubi's wallets with you having nothing to show for it. Im sure they're trying to restore lost gems as fast as they can, but if all they end up doing is giving a specific ammount of gems to everyone to say sorry without actually restoring the gems, while nondoubt it will keep people who haven't spent a penny happy, players who lost more gems than a gift of apology could restore its probably gonna cause them to leave the game, which will probably lose Ubisoft even more money because they were likely playere who were actually spending money.
Im pretty sure Ubisoft understands this though, and considering it hasn't happened yet I doubt it will so they probably are restoring lost gems, however considering Ubisoft was one of the first companies to use always on in a non mmo title, back when the first Assassin's Creed came out, you'd think they'd be better prepared by now. Personally I think they should be backing up each individual save file hundreds of times a day, so when main servers do die, restoring saves should he quick and painless. Maybe Im not giving them enough credit, maybe this is whats happening, its almost certainly easier said than done, but its just a thought.

Ideally some unofficial servers could take over, but it's easier said than done.

Didn't get any problems with the data so far.
Hey guys, I'll be gathering some info for the wiki pretty soon. Sadly, I don't have access to the english version, so I don't think a category of Incrediballs named "Los Estormudos" could help. If someone helped me get the name of each family and member of the Incrediballs and their respective rank (bronce, silver, gold and rare), that'd be amazing. I'll be working on the screenshots of each creature meanwhile.
