Don't you get it ? Only people that speak france can now answer this question. That isn't fair. You should be able to figure it out no matter what language you speak.

I don't speak French, dude (well, except of one sentence: Je ne parle francais pas), and I figured it very fast. Another source can be Wikipedia article about keyboards.
