I don't think Sonic gives a flying fuck about physics anymore. :P

Yep, I'm a huge fan of him. One of my life goals is to eventually meet him. Otherwise I totally agree with him, the Sonic fanbase is acting extremely childish, nitpicking IGN's review, wishing they got fired, or DEATH upon that reviewer. I'm going to enjoy Lost Worlds regardless, and give my own review. (also DAT THUMBNAIL)

Wishing he would get fired and even die is EXTREMELY childish. The review is bad, but he doesn't deserve death.

I'm on Sky Road now. Leaving it at that for tonight.

Still having a load of fun, though the bosses are lackluster. Most of them are pathetically easy. There are some you can beat in a matter of seconds.

And the scale of these levels gets more and more mind boggling. Seriously, I hope they keep up this trend, I love how a lot of levels actually feel like little sandboxes.

However, the Eagle and Asteroid Wisps are terrible. Maybe I'm missing something, but I can't control them no matter how hard I try. The previewers make it look easy. Luckily, they are never mandatory for completing levels, but they are required for some Red Rings. But even those instances are rare. Still, they should be better. All of the other Wisps are fine, though. I actually really liked how they handled Rocket.

And speed running is SO fun. I'm always tempted to try levels in Time Attack, even before beating the game.

I already think this is a worthy recommendation for a Sonic fan. Though, newcomers approach with caution. The game does require practice too. It doesn't hold your hand too much either (a good thing in my book, but others may prefer a game that tells them what to do every two seconds and what not).

And I still think IGN's review of the Wii U version is mostly bullshit. Wishing death upon him is childish, but nobody is nitpicking - it's a completely shallow review, so that's impossible.

Really? That's a shame. The eagle looked like so much fun. If I'm not mistaken, can't you control the Wisps with the analog stick instead of the gamepad?

Right, so you've highlighted:
the Eagle and Asteroid Wisps are terrible.
What exactly are you trying to convey by emphasizing that point? That you agree? Or that you don't? Or something else? I'm genuinely confused.

Didn't show up before, curious, either ways, thanks for clarifying.

@SNU: The Laser, Drill, and Rocket Wisps are controllable with the analogue stick, but the Eagle, Asteroid, and Rhythm Wisps don't seem to be (but the Rhythm Wisp is literally just tapping notes, so it controls fine).

Eagle is sporadic - sometimes it worked, other times it randomly dived to the floor for no reason.
And the Asteroid Wisp.....I couldn't even get it to move left or right, and I tilted the GamePad just as the game told me too. If you press A, it jumps upwards, but that didn't help me move left and right.

As I said though, I could just be missing something. I've been avoiding them since my second try with them. I'll try again some other time.

I accidently added my response into the quote. I fixed it as soon as I saw it.

@sonicbrawler Thanks for clarifying.

Have you tried tilting the gamepad while standing instead of sitting?

Shouldn't make a difference. The GamePad uses a gyro sensor, not the Wii sensor bar.

Yeah, I'm saving the NiGHTS DLC for after I finish the last boss (you can access it from the beginning).
