Anyone know why the flying bit makes you take damage when you hit walls even slightly?

Well, I assume you're on a vehicle at this point aren't you? It's not like it can just phase through walls and such! Or...other annoying obstacles...

Yeah, I think it might be a skill problem.. but this is one of the last parts of the game so im SO CLOSE to the end..

The first couple of times - sure. Then you learn his patterns, like every boss.
