How come UbiSoft never mention Asian release date to be August 30? I don't even remember they said anything about Asian version. Seller also said that game will be playable only on NTSC-J 360.
I WAS going to call bullshit on the guy selling an Asian version of the game, but then I found this image on the tumblz.
There's Asian letters right there. I'm not sure if it's Chinese, Korean, or Japanese, but to me it looks mostly like Japanese kanji. Also, confirmation that Teensies in Trouble is the first world's name, and that there are going to be at least 700 Teensies, which is 100 more than when we last saw the number of Teensies to save, and there's at least 90 Teensies in the first world. I'm going to bet that this isn't the final version, and that there will be a lot more Teensies to save. The background on the Wii U controller also looks a bit different. Here's some more pictures too.
Sea Shark animating. Not much else interesting.
Another level that's probably from Teensies in Trouble. I don't think we've actually seen iron chains yet, aside from on Teensie cages. That's also a pretty clever use of the physics engine. Also a cute Toad plushie :3 There's also an Xbox 360 controller, which means that they version this guy is playing is the 360 version.
A level from Toad Story. Probably a Murfy level, considering that there's a movable platform. There's also some weird writing at the top, and it appears to be written using the in-game font. Strange, maybe someone can figure out what it's saying? Oh, and there's another Xbox 360 controller there too.

Ouch, that Toad.
Isn't it peculiar that only the screen text is written in Kanji(?)? You'd think that they would modify the the logos in the painting textures as well.

I've actually seen that be done in quite a few games before. I don't think it matters as long as you can still play the game, but I don't know.

Amazing Pictures you found. Nice to have some other proof then just eBay seller that Rayman Legends will be comming out in Asia. Rayman needs to be more popular there

Also for Language, It is Japanese - both kana scripts (hiragana and katakana)
and kanji. Depending what letter it is.

Crash Bandicoot used to modify logos, background images and other stuff for Japanese version so I would also wish for same in Rayman Legends but I know reason why they did not do it. Rayman Origins Asian version had multi Language select ( Japanese and English) so they will do same for Legends. It would take too many memory space to include both logos and changed pictures depending what language you choose. And reason for including English is probably to help Asians who are learning it.

It's very likely just some debugging going on there. From what I can make out, the first says "<number> fps"; the rest is probably going to be similar information.

Yeah, I know it was going to be something like that, but it's just odd that its written using the game's regular font.

Well, even debugging deserves to be fun sometimes!

I can confirm that the first picture has got Japanese text, I think it is both in Hiragana and Katakana, but its definitely japanese. The Chinese tends to have a more complex writting and Korean's text is more squared and circular.

One symbol is in Kanji while others are combination of Hiragana and Katakana.

GIFs, unless very subtle, never, ever make good signatures. I can't begin to describe how annoying Keane's Cage signature was.

I found that to be best signature on RPC

and it's a shame he changed it. But hey, he said he will return it on Record Day

We should all put obnoxious GIF signatures to spice up the party that will ensue.
