Why not? < says that a modchip allows ^ to play burned games and it bypasses the region lock.

It's not always about piracy. < finds 60/50hz mods for example really useful.

< has been busy on the Wiki, < is pretty impressed by some of the French articles, < has also been making a list of articles < is going to try to work on, of which many I'll be editing using their French versions as a reference.
