< Focuses on speed and consistency as < trains <'s self at boxing

< wonders if ^ has an exercise regime?

< doesn't, but < needs to exercise. It'd be healthier on <.

<It's all about finding an exercise(s) or routine that suits you, everyone's different, it took < a long while to find a routine that actually worked for < and one that < enjoyed

< knows it would take time to get into a routine, but once one gets in, it should be easy enough to stick with.

<It's only easy to stick with it if you enjoy it and what you're doing isn't too time consuming

< Believes at least 30 minutes a day is what they recommend, isn't it?

<Something like that, but < wouldn't worry about guidelines. Just do whatever you feel you like/enjoy. Also it depends on the intensity ofc

< Does believe it to be easier if you have a friend or family member to go along with you, for the extra push of motivation.

<Believes that works with things like running or if it is a specific skill where someone is showing you - Although < thinks it's best to become independent and only rely on yourself for the sake of the long term

< sees your point, but yeah, < was mainly having running or walking in mind.

<Thinks running is a good one to start with as it's pretty accessible, the problems with running is that it's very time consuming and also weather dependent

< Definitely knows that < wouldn't want to run in the cold snow, or a stormy day.

<Hah, < does about 30 mins a day (part from weekends) at relatively high intensity which makes it a manageable workout. It sucks when exercising becomes a chore

< Guesses ^ would feel working out, such as weight lifting would be a chore?

^Is kinda right < did lift weights for a while but weights didn't really do it for me. They kinda weren't worth the hassle. Also when you're boxing if you just build bulk muscle it really slows you down < likes to have a bit of SPEEEEEEEEED < thinks big long runs may become a chore eventually

< has a friend who has a super muscular character he role plays with, who apparently has the agility to do anything quick. Quite unrealistic, really.
