i dont got paint. yay, i got adobe CS1, i would buy CS2 but CS3 is comin out around christmas.

Paint was never intended to be the best. It was just a program available with Windows NT 5.1 or earlier versions that does the very basic stuff. Saving something JPG format through Paint gives it an unwanted border.
