<’s PS2 (slim, SCPH-90004) is making noises when playing Rayman 1 on it. Any help?

It sounds like it scrapes on the disc, but there’s no damage on the disc itself. The disc is clean. It’s an original disc.

^ should go in PS2 main menu, press triangle, change disc speed to fast, textures to smooth and diagnoses on.

Doesn’t help. The noise is really loud, and it’s quite scary. It drowns out the music and sound effects!
