It talks about being antisocial and to keep your head up and fight instead of staying behind everyone and losing your time doing nothing and that you can't take back the time you lost doing nothing.
I like the Rayman Legends version better though.

It's amazing how well the sound of this song captures the feeling of the American suburbs. I'm guessing one or several of them have grown up or they spend a lot of time in one of these areas because the album as a whole seems to express the mood of these places.
