I was awed by Plums discovery a out the quirks of Plums, and the fact that only some could be impaled.
I kind of got used to it from playing Rayman 3 so much, but in reality, his English voice doesn't make any sense. I have no idea why they felt like it was a good idea when you compare it to Rayman 2. I think it was too different from what they initially went for to really fit, if that makes sense. I much prefer his Rayman 2 voice, and I wonder if the other Rayman 3 voice actors were closer to this.Hunchman801 wrote: Fri Jul 04, 2025 12:38 pm Same, maybe I'm biased because I played the French version first but I find that his goofy voice in this version is a much better fit than the high-pitched voice of the English dub.
This is weird also actually yeah, it shows they just programmed each plum differently, rather than the actual posts you throw them onto. Weird.Master wrote: Sat Aug 30, 2025 9:22 pm I was awed by Plums discovery a out the quirks of Plums, and the fact that only some could be impaled.
Shall we do another small friend event together like we did last time? The Jonster wrote: Sat Aug 30, 2025 9:11 pm Raymon 2’s a lot of fun too! I’m down for replaying it again. Reminds me of when I used to test out plum’s idea in Revolution about the post in the sanctuary of stone and fire
Rayman 1's the only game in the series I've not replayed since completing it...and that was over a decade ago. You'd be on equal footing there.Reese Riverson wrote: Thu Oct 02, 2025 4:01 am All I ask is Master to not expect me to race him in Rayman 1, that's gonna pose quite the challenge for me.![]()
Surely you'd remember things from then, on where to go and what to grab, I'd be going in blind.Master wrote: Thu Oct 02, 2025 7:13 am Rayman 1's the only game in the series I've not replayed since completing it...and that was over a decade ago. You'd be on equal footing there.
Possibly, but when I say over a decade ago, I mean I'm fairly certain I was a fresh or even just before I joined here. I haven't looked at the game since. I might recall the odd tidbit, but I can't remember much at this point.Reese Riverson wrote:Surely you'd remember things from then, on where to go and what to grab, I'd be going in blind.Master wrote: Thu Oct 02, 2025 7:13 am Rayman 1's the only game in the series I've not replayed since completing it...and that was over a decade ago. How did you get a copy of BG&E2? Have you been time traveling?Reese Riverson wrote: At least with BG&E 2, I can remember things as I am in the middle of playing it and it's been a while there too.![]()
Sorry, it was supposed to be BG&E 20th.Master wrote: Thu Oct 02, 2025 2:13 pm How did you get a copy of BG&E2? Have you been time traveling?

Well, then sure, it'd be fun if we both played some Rayman 1 over a Discord call.Master wrote: Thu Oct 02, 2025 2:13 pm Possibly, but when I say over a decade ago, I mean I'm fairly certain I was a fresh or even just before I joined here. Yes this timeline is screwed up then! No BGE2 and every single Rayman game after this is defined by Ubiart.PluMGMK wrote: Fri Oct 03, 2025 11:57 pm I think time travelling wouldn't be sufficient to get a copy of BG&E2 at this point – I'm not sure we're in a timeline where it ever releases!![]()
I think you'd need to literally travel to an alternate universe copy of your own where things are different in order to possibly find a copy.PluMGMK wrote: Fri Oct 03, 2025 11:57 pm I think time travelling wouldn't be sufficient to get a copy of BG&E2 at this point – I'm not sure we're in a timeline where it ever releases!![]()
