< finally got some decent sleep last night.

< has had general lethargy lately. Even if < gets to bed at a somewhat reasonable time < can't get to sleep until around 2am, which is probably a major contributing factor.
< has to be at the exam centre at 8:45 on Wednesday, so < hopes to have it under control by then!
