Right now I am installing Rayman 3 (the original edition!) to play it cuz I deleted it one day. Well, ain't the first time I'm actually doing such a thing. Anyway! I have the strong urge to just go and play Rayman 3 again, no matter how hard this will be, considering how long it's been since I FULLY finished it (2 times, maybe one, I don't remember, it's been too long jeez!)
Once I complete the game I might put the code so that everyone could see my highscore there. Never tried this in my life soooo... YES! I can finally let myself do this! Yay!!!

Today I want to announce I am in the swamp. And I made some decent screenshots in Rayman 3 just like I promised. But I need to convert the format of all of my 34 bmp screenshots (which will be done tomorrow [in the afternoon?..])
For now have this screenshot, the best of mine so far.

Yeah, I promised I'll change Rayman textures lol. Here we go - Raybox in Rayman 3
I might uplooad the folder... someday. But you'll have to change the textures manually

Here are ALL the screenshots I made with the Screenshot Feature in Rayman 3 (the ones I made with a Print Screen function don't count)
I had to do this through links so uhhhh sorry about it?.. or maybe not?.. whatever, this is the whole Rayman 3 gallery as of now. I plan to continue playing it but there are some paintings to do so that I woul not lose my stipendium. Yeahhhhh... I was mentally exhausted from college for some days, especially after the initiation... mannnn, it took all my desire to do anything. It was good, don't get me wrong, I just got too relaxed.

ANYWAY!!! I mostly hit 80% and 90% in levels of Fairy Council and Clearleaf Forest. I don't know about the Bog of Murk, if I do my best there or enjoy the game process, y'know? I know it's been long since I played it but I STILL remember some of the secret areas to explore... what a good memory I have if I remember what lays where. Well, mostly. Uh-huh.
I dunno when to upload the texture folder. It may happen anytime actually, sooo yeah. Please make sure you do a backup of Rayman textures when changing them to Raybox ones, okay? Good. Don't tell me I did not warn you all. I might warn you once I publish the texture folder so that everyone would see it and do the backups! It's really REALLY important because backing up the textures will be more difficult (I say this because I haven't checked if there is the reset option in RCP for textures... maybe it's unlikely it exists, but you got the point) because you HAVE to install the pics of the original Rayman textures.

Okay, I think I said enough now. Also here's my new and permanent signature (I think)

Also, you might want to keep this in mind lest the mods bite:

• With some exceptions (see below), double-posting (or triple-posting etc.) is not allowed. In other words, if you have the last post in a topic, you generally should not make another post after it until somebody else replies. Damn, now I'm afraid I kind of broke the rule?.. That's definitely not what I wanted to happen, my appologies. I might delete the TOP-5 screenshots post then so I stopped worrying about it much. I sure do not like breaking any rules and I'll try and make sure this will not happen again!

Okay, I will keep not only this rule, but every single rule in the RPC in mind. I hope nothing similar to my today's incident happens!

Anyway! We got off topic here, right? Just wanna make sure.
Soooo yeah, Rayman 3. I might continue playing it a bit later than I expected!
Maybe tomorrow, I dunno! I already miss the locations I was in... hmm! Wait! I might do the sketch and then homework tomorrow in college!
Sooo I will play Rayman 3 today and will likely post new screenshots (but only after the post reply! I'm trying to be careful now)

Is it only me or is the game too short? I love it, it's my favorite Rayman game, I replay it each year, but I get that "wanting more" feeling each time. It could be my nostalgia speaking, but even when I was a kid I replayed it in a loop because I liked it so much and couldn't get enough

It's not long, unless you are trying to get the advanced combos. Then you're in for a lot of retries.

Oh yes, I remember trying that after I got my hands on the game for the first time. Now when I look at my new saves I see the big gap in points although at some levels I can reach 100% without any problems - I couldn't do that back in the day and I'm just shocked XD

Making combos in Rayman 3 can be both really fun and a pain the butt sometimes

But despite that it's still a short game sadly (comparing to the other games of course)

The good thing is that it's insanely replayable, imo it's the one that has the most replayability value

I sure can agree - it is quite short, I wish it was longer than it ended up being: maybe the plot holes could be closed and we'd get the second half of the game instead of Hoodlums Revenge (which I have no access to, not yet at least)

I think you can get your hands on Hoodlums Revenge very easily via emulation, Kiza, just saying ;3

Strangely enough I've never noticed plot holes in the game. Maybe some skips here and there, the feeling of rush to finish and publish it and all that

The most notable plot hole would be the Bog Of Murk in general.

That level just feels like an outlier/out of place in some aspects, because in the story we were never meant to get there in the first place, so it's not really connected to the main plot, i guess it can be considered a "filler" level? idk.

Other than that, every level seems to be connected properly, at least from my pov.

That doesn't mean it's a bad level tho, i'ts a really good level!
