Didn't I read somewhere the Quiz had been cancelled due to a lack of participants? Or was that about something else? Anyway, if it's correct what I'm thinking here, then I also read that the Quiz would open up near the release of RO, because there would be a lot more people coming in to join.

Perhaps because there a few that have insane knowledge and the others are just fucked.

That was unexpected...
Allegro Presto, at the end of the fourth level, where you must avoid bad notes.
The level cannot be revisited once Sax is beaten.

If I'm not mistaken, normal Hoodmongers take 3 successful hits to defeat while the elite ones take a lot more, 7 or so. So I guess 2.5x tougher.
