RayFan, are you always so dramatic? It's so funny!
I need to make pancakes soon, I just don't understand why I couldn't just order some burgers! Also, there needs to be a pancake emoticon. Seriously.

I don't think so. The French translation of the English sentence containing the word ‘glute’ replaces it with ‘popotin’, which literally means ‘butt’. Since ‘glute’ is slang for ‘butt’, it seems obvious to me than it can not be considered as the name of the species, and therefore I'm afraid all those modifications on the wiki will have to be reverted.

I don't think any of the species in Rayman have real "names". Teensies/Smallbeings/Ptizêtres are just names that are used to laugh at how small they are - just like Glutes are names that are used to laugh at how fat they are, or at their big butts. I think.

People have been calling Globox’s species ‘glutes’ for years. Are you saying this is just a coincidence?

Not really, just being a showcase for the video. :P However my normal voice is probably more dramatic than most depending on the mood.

And pancake emoticon! That's a brilliant idea!

Where did people pick up on the name 'glutes' for the species in the first place, any way? Was it hinted in another Rayman material or did people just start saying it?

Aaargh, this again.

I will stand by Spiral in this one. Globox has mentioned the word too many times in Rayman 3 to plainly ignore it, and you know it.

That’s the problem: we don’t know. The same goes for ‘fire crabs’ (mini-Janos). Either someone just made it up, or someone took it from an offical source (like a website) that’s since been lost. The use of the word ‘glute’ to describe Globox in Rayman Origins has me leaning heavily towards the latter.

Actually, Globox himself has mentioned that word many times, but I'm starting to ponder what he actually means now. If he really meant butt, then count how many times he said it.

Hey, you're back! :P

Droolie found out the script of the game, which apparently contains many spoilers. I won't read them of course.

But if you feel curious, read it at your own risk.

In Polish version it's snot, not glute.

I was sure that... lady was talking about one of hoodlums, not our fatty.
