< was half-joking, but basically < was saying that temperature on the Kelvin scale is directly proportional to heat energy. Therefore, if Serza gave half her heat to you, she would half her temperature on the Kelvin scale, which, even in this weather, would surely freeze her to death.
About pV=nRT. As far as < knows, Pressure×Volume corresponds to the heat energy in a gas, since the units are the same, and it is proportional to temperature for a fixed amount of gas. < doesn't claim to know that much about Thermodynamics though!

< was already deliberating whether what ^ said meant that half of Serza's air would also come along and crush < with its pressure. < was slightly intrigued by the prospect.
