<Feels pretty damn awful this morning. Pollen levels are super high. I woke up this morning at like half 5 with such a painful throat. Really sucked, and still feel pretty awful now. Hopefully it eases up today. I'm glad I couldn't see my friend today, because I don't think I'd have been up to it!

<'s hay fever isn't acting up, but the heat is already doing a number on < physically.

< has a headache.

< visited <'s old scotish english teacher, just because < missed him as a teacher.

<I really hope I feel better by tonight. I don't want to wake up again in the early hours in such pain from my damn throat... Really feeling fragile. I'm going to try and exercise today as well
