Though in fairness, there has been a lot of things to be done here since RO's release, perhaps we could put the quiz on hold for the time being, until everyone is out of the phase.

it is 6 times stronger BECAUSE
when you shoot a purple pirate while Ly is not freed, then the pirate will lose 1/6 part of his health
when you shoot one purple pirate while got the stronger fist then the pirate lose half of his health
when you shoot one when got the yellow fist from Globox then it losts his full health.
So that's why it is 6 times stronger.

Thus, by your explanation, the yellow is 6 times stronger than the white, and TWICE as strong as the blue.
The question asked how much stronger yellow was to blue, not to the initial white.
