And < appreciates ^'s company! But there are so many who don't hang around here anymore... DesLife, Hunch, Romano, Xenon, spiraldoor. Egh, <'s feeling a bit nostalgic about this place lately. It'll surely pass.

So < uploaded a speed run video of World Star-8 in Super Mario 3D World with Rosalina yesterday, and posted it on another forum, and someone quickly showed < that they had a much faster time than <. < had 89 seconds, they had 80 (they didn't have a video, but they posted a screenshot on Miiverse).

However, they were kind enough to help < and they taught < some secrets about the level that < didn't know about, and < managed to achieve a time of 79 seconds!

Blimey, how many attempts did that take ^? < can imagine ^ must've had quite some practice to pull off such a swift and graceful run.

< spent an hour last night trying to improve <'s previous run, and about an hour and a half today, until < finally got it down. < achieved a time of 80 so many times, it was frustrating. It was less about simply beating the other person's time for <, and more about showing just how far Rosalina in particular can be pushed in this game, since she can completely break certain sections with that spin move of hers. That was better showcased in the first speed run video < uploaded a while ago, though.
