Truth to be told, Hunters are the only enemies that appeared in every level, if I'm not mistaken. But I may be, though.

Okay, i didn't played the jaguar, but anyways they appear in blue mountains and reappear in RO in Jibberish Jungle and Ticklish Temples.

To be fair the Hunters aren't really from Blue Mountains exclusively, and I think this is what Hunch implied. I believe the point goes to the one who said Stonemen first. I was just fooling around by bringing the blue spikey puffer fish up, but look where it led us.

IDans le Grand Raccourci, section 3, derrière la porte du devant il faut frapper le médaillon en sautant sur des bumpers pour ouvrir un pan du mur derrière lequel se trouve une statue de Ly.

The answer to the question about Ly: In the longest shortcut at the last section. By punching at a round window, you'll see that a big painting slowly moves towards the ceiling. Behind the painting lies a secret room. In that room, you'll see a statue of Ly and this is her only appearance in the game (If you don't count Rayman 3 on GBA)
