The Longest Shortcut is indeed the correct answer. There's three parts in TSBTC as well, but there's many more cans there.

Beneath the Sanctuary of Rock and Lava, you always get the fly power to go trough that level, and at the end Foutch always takes it awy from you

Yes, although in Revolution you can still use it above lava.
