− I want Rayman 1 for PS1 because it has 50 tracks of music, and it’s playable in a CD player.
+ I like the Rayman 1 music.

You do realize Mega Patch for PC has all tracks too?

Not really, in the downloadable version the tracks are converted, compressed and merged. These don't mess with the quality of the Saturn or PlayStation version anymore. Only the limited edition disc you got has all tracks included.

You hear the same tracks as it gets played in the PC version unfortunetally. Hexeditiing the levels to other tracks might be possible but I am not experienced with that.

They just correct the tracks order. Nothing new, and already in my Mega Patch since version 0.01Alpha Pre-Release

Rooting is pretty easy, I did mine quite a while back, it's not hard at all if you follow the instructions.
Hm, can you do backups in the recovery even without rooting? I can't remember if I did that then, nowadays, I always make a backup image in the recovery before flashing anything.

I'm not sure you can, but try booting into Recovery Mode and seeing if the option is there, the way to get in varies by device, for mine, when the phone is booting, I have to repeatedly press the back button. However, that's mine, just look up your phone to find out what you need to do to get to Recovery Mode.
