It depends on what you mean with "level". If you mean the area where it takes place (area being part of a level on the world map), then it's Space Mama and Skops.
If you mean the actual level selectable in the world map, it's Moskito (you meet Bzzit, not Moskito), Space Mama (you battle her immediately when you meet her first as Viking Mama) and Skops. And Mr Dark, as you only really meet him in Mr Dark's Dare.

The terms commonly used to refer to the main divisions of the original game are: world (e.g. the Dream Forest), level (e.g. Pink Plant Woods) and map (e.g. the first part of Pink Plant Woods).
