Hello everyone. First of all, happy new year! I hope you had an excellent time with family and friends

Like we did last year, and because this is a special edition, all of the participants will recieve tings! Because Christmas is the jolliest of the seasons, right?
So, how are we going to distribute the tings? The winner will recieve 750 tings, and we'll apply a percentage for the rest of the submissions. For example, if you recieved half of the votes of the winner, you will get half of the 750 tings; if you recieved a quarter of the votes of the winner, you will get a quarter of the 750 tings, etc. Submissions with no votes will also recieve a compensation prize.

Thanks! I somehow managed to pull it off at the last minute. However since HQ ranks haven't materialized yet, I guess I'll keep accumulating months of special rank use (I think I may have 4 at the moment), hopefully they don't go away after not being used for a long period of time.

I probably have a lot of months accumulted myself, given that I don't usually have ideas for a special rank that I want to wear.

Well as long as you count them up honestly, I'll try to honour the full periods!

As for theme suggestions... How about geography? Or maps?

That already gives me a good idea or two, I like that idea for the theme!

Can I submit an AI generated sig?

Nope, because that would involve voting for the AI, not Greengoop

I guess you could use AI to create some elements and do the editing yourself, in my signature I used AI to create a scarf and edited the image.

But if it was fully AI generated with a simple prompt, I guess that's not allowed. I'm surprised that the rules of SOTM have not been updated taking into account the AI image generators.

I'll throw in something tomorrow. I thought when I suggested the theme that maybe I'd come up with something sophisticated, but it'll probably be something pretty quick and memey
