Cool story, bro. It’s interesting to see how our concepts of gender differ.
"Gender" is technically defined as a state of mind, so these "concepts of gender" are non-existent. If you want the physicality, "sex" is the right word you're looking for. If I think I'm a female, then my gender is female. If I still resemble a male, then my sex is not female.
Since MLII is neither physically a boy nor does she want to be one, the appropriate pronoun is as follows: "Cool story, sis."

I consider gender to be a purely biological affair that has nothing to do with what you want to be or what you think you are. ‘Gender is a state of mind’ sounds like wishful nonsense to me; if you’ve got male reproductive organs and a Y chromosome, you’re male, it’s as simple as that. We do not yet have the technology to genuinely change people from one sex to another.

No, it means a state of mind in which someone mentally identifies. Gender isn't an ambiguous term that can change depending on the person's belief, it's a word with a consolidated meaning, and it has been so since 1955. I swear, you are a such a sparkly vampire sometimes.

What you’ve said about gender is wrong. The word does not mean ‘a state of mind with which someone identifies’; that is only one part of the concept.
Wikipedia wrote:Gender is a range of characteristics used to distinguish between males and females, particularly in the cases of men and women and the masculine and feminine attributes assigned to them. Depending on the context, the discriminating characteristics vary from sex to social role to gender identity.
Your have tailored your concept of gender to suit your personal situation. That’s fine. Just don’t attempt to force your views on me.

Yes, I know that, but when talking about sexual identity, "gender" is specified, and that is what we were talking about, although I made that a little unclear didn't I?

You really are going on about the definition of the word ‘gender’. I initially chose the word simply because ‘concepts of sex’ would have been too unclear, not because I was trying to convey some esoteric meaning based on the distinction between ‘gender’ and ‘sex’. I’ve already pointed out that your very narrow definition of the term ‘gender’ is not correct. I don’t think I want to continue this linguistics debate.

Here is where I would say "cool story bro," but I never say that.
