I don't nearly have as many cards as I wish I did. A lot of them I would give away to this kid who was much younger than me but far more into the card game. Then I stopped collecting when someone stole a lot of my favourite cards and pawned them off.

Revelation of more newcomers? The Rival? A map of the new region? Or something more?

I hope they leave the Pokedex alone for this game. They've been adding huge amounts of Pokemon over recent years, and while I think there are plenty cool ones, has nobody else noticed that the newer Pokemon look a bit... weird? It must be tough to keep making up original creatures.
Been making a lot of progress with HeartGold. I'm behind.

Apparently, the Lake of Rage was supposed to be visited much later. I still managed to catch the Red Gyarados though. Just got done with the Safari Zone and heading to the 6th gym. I'm liking the fact that passing through a few long trainer routes now pays off in me not having to endlessly grind for the gyms. I can probably take on the 7th without training.

This happened so many times to me. To the point where I lost my valuable cards that I almost cried when I got and then the next day some kid was trying to trade them to me... he ripped parts of them so they would look different. I didn't collect since.

I just recently beat White 2's League for the first time, and caught Reshiram.
Going to get Zekrom back and then catch Kyurem, though for no particular reason since I'm not so keen on Legendaries.

Zekrom and Reshiram are meh but Kyurem is pretty bad ass.
As for the big news i'm not sure what i'd want to see. I can some-what see it being some more screenshots of the game with a handful of new pokemon in them and possibly the Pokemon prof as well, perhaps the starting town too? That'd be pretty nice though.

Just wondering, am I the only one who catches legendary Pokemon for completion rather then to actually use them in battle?

You're not the only one!

Likewise, though I admit, I do use Pseudos.

Only time I ever used a legendary in battle was in Emerald because I was a foolish young child who only raised the fire starter.
But nah I enjoy capturing all the legendaries, only really disappointing ones were Reshiram and Zekrom in Black 1 and 2 (I think both times I caught them first time on the first ball, at least Kyurem made up for it x: )

I just noticed that her:
name is Cheryl. Hm, maybe I could try cosplaying her at some point in my life. She seems relatively tall.

Hm I can't mind much about her, I think she was one of those trainers who escorted you in a dungeon but otherwise bleh. She's cute though, maybe you could pull her off.

I learned a long time ago that saving is a persistent must when going through long hours of training, it is really annoying when one's efforts are subverted by events which cause a premature shut down, such as a low battery, or someone knocking the DS out of your hands.
Anyway, I've gotten to the Giant Chasm, and I can agree, capturing the 'mon is much more difficult than catching his peers.

Eh, I gave and decided to just cycle endlessly around the daycare which is always helpful, but I do wish it didn't automatically replace moves.

That's not an option in B2W2, the daycare is inaccessible 'til you reach post-game.
