Same here. I'd love to sleep more, but in the end I'd like to have some free time for myself!

Right now I still have plenty of free time so more sleep so my priority.

Also, doesn't it happen to you that you feel worse when you sleep more?

Considering I don’t sleep enough this would actually be better for me rather than not. I feel worse if I get up and fall back to bed.

Of course it does... People tend to sleep less (and late) when that happens.

No I meant if sleeping less is making the anxiety worse

I tend to do this mostly because I’m late doing stuff in fact.

I basically slept for about 9 to 10 hours because I was so tired, though it was broken sleep also.

Oh I’m wide awake right now, I’m going out for a bit in fact so i won’t be in bed. Good thing too!

I'm glad you still have the energy for these things. My age is starting to show faster.

It’s weird that I still have lots of energy. There are members here that are younger than me who’ve been here longer that can’t handle it at this time of age. Though in retrospect they have work and stuff to deal with and I’m not at that point just yet (going to be soon hopefully).

If you ignore the timer, it ain't so bad. I find myself doing other things, and making posts here and there. I may, for the sake of next year's record, stop at 50 or so posts. Maybe.

I believe there's also a random element to this. Some days you can manage being sleep deprived but in some others it's very hard. Just like how sometimes alcohol hits you quickly, and other times it doesn't.
