There isn't any glob crystal in Echoing Caves, you can just get to the passageway that leads to the Fairy Glade where you can find it.

So my answer is:
- Fairy Glade: One at the bottom of part 5, at the toxic lake, and one at the end of the secret route;
- Sanctuary of Water and Ice: in the cavern where a cage also can be found.
- Whale Bay: In the cavern where a chain of red lums can be found.
- Precipice: Above the spiral door, with two super-yellow lums.
- Iron Mountains: Before the river, there's a wooden platform leftwards after you came out of the door.

Where are the six places? Not six crystals, places.
