You have a point there. Ok, conclusion: (
Don't believe TVTropes or the script (with obviously scrapped ideas). Mr Dark wasn't dead and the Magician is not a fanboy. Mr Dark IS the Magician. That pushes all of the Rayman educational games out of the chronology.)

Unfortunately there’s still the possibility that the deleted dialogue *is* canonical, and that it was removed for some other reason than the developers changing their minds about it. I hope what you say is right, but I don’t want to get too attached to it in case something comes along and debunks it.
I have created an image which hopefully sums up my feelings on the matter. I’m not sure if it could be considered a spoiler, because even the people who have repeatedly read the script and watched both endings of the game genuinely don’t understand what’s going on.

It’s explicitly confusing, that’s what it is.

Oh well, anyway, I have to agree with you. The abuse of Teensie-fication that ubisoft decided to use for this game produces a lot of mindfucks. Not only that, but also the (
top hat. Mr Dark never used a top hat!)
But we can say something for sure:

( So due to people being lazy, we get two nonsensical endings, The Magician being a bad guy FOR NO REASON, and several characters missing.
GREAT JOB UBISOFT.
Also, here's a list of the characters in order
Rayman
Globox
Green Teensy
Black Teensy
Globox Rayman
Red Globox
Teensy Ray
GlobTeen
Female Teensy
Blue Teensy
Grand Minimus
Ninja Teensy
Yellow Grand Minimus
The Original Grand Minimus
Dark Rayman
and Glombrox.
No Uglette, no Tarayzan, no Robot Teensy, no Magician. DANGIT UBISOFT.)
And, hey, Drol, could you please get the song from Best Original Score and Swimming with the stars ( The ambient version of the Lum's song from Murray Of The Deep.) up on Raytunes soon?

^ I knew there would be only 16 playable characters. There are only 16 bubbles at the snoring tree! and there's no more space!
Guys, don't believe the script, as I said, tons of things were scrapped from them.

I don't have the script, but some pages ago some guy said that he has the script and that he's completely sure that there would be 20 playable characters. I want to read it too.
EDIT: The idea of the zombie teensie being called "the original Grand Minimus" totally SCARES THE SHIT OUT OF ME.

The game is simply amazing, but I have but 1 problem, how come in the manual it says... "Betilla is benevolent but badass"
o3o in a kids game?

Her boobs shake all over the place everytime she makes even a small move so I don't see why thats such a big problem.
Also have you seen what these kids wacth on T.V these days anyway? I don't think the word badass is a big deal anymore.

[So in the end, not even the cool costumes were able to get in. Oh I wish they could release a patch later or at LEAST an explanation. Until that happends, what's in on the script it's still canon to me.]

its just something I least expected from a Rayman game, that is all.

Either way amazing game, I'm already on the 5th world, no "hidden electoons" missed by far.
